Import Base Impacts data to ecoinvent

Technically, this is possible by adapting the Base Impacts data export to match ecoinvent (family names, electricity/heat reaggregation if relevant, etc.). The only exception is the water scarcity indicator, which is not calculated in Base Impacts.

It is important to note that this data will not be updated when the database is updated.
