Recover your password

If you forget your password, or if an employee is away or has departed, you can reset that person's password in order to access his or her projects. To do this, you must be the license administrator for your company, or contact them if you are not.

The administrator should access the "Administration panel." On the "Users and license" interface click on the "v" icon to open the list of users, then select "Edit User" and "Reset Password."
